ok i made the mock french toast wow yum..

but i didnt realize until after i ate it that i used maple FLAVORING (im no cook) instead of EXTRACT and maple flavoring has corn syrup grrr.. anyhow in the syrup i used maybe a capful (little bottle of flavor) 1 pkt splenda and 1 stick of butter...

i used maybe 2 TBS of the syrup (at most) on my french toast.. can anyone venture a guess on the carb count?

I would count it the same as imitation vanilla flavouring which has .6 grams of carbohydrate per tsp. Nothing to fret over!
