i switch for atkins diet for can eat too much carb in a hour!!!!
but i become overweight, sunday i weight 170 and today i weight 176 !!!
no is too much , why i become on fat?
i eat this on normal day
7 to 8 a.m. pork meat no veggies
11 to 12 p.m. pork or cow meat no veggies
7 to 8 p.m. all carb i need/want candies, chocolat
Water too much
what is the problem, help me please

All you ate was carbs at your reward meal. Don't do that.
You are supposed to start with 2 cups of salad, then you eat your meal which should be protein, low carb vegetable, carb - in equal portions. If you want more, fine, but eat more of everything, protein, vegetable, carb. Again in equal portions.
Try that for a few days and see if the weight drops, and good luck.

2 things jump out at me with your menu:
1- Balance your reward meal, start with a salad then have equal portions of protein, non-starchy veggies and carbs. An hour long carb-fest may work for some people, but nobody I know.
2- Have some non-starchy veggies with your breakfast & lunch - maybe some celery sticks or a salad.
Try this and let us know.
