hi, does anyone know why the sugar free jell-o in the PLAN shows 4g of carbs, but the box says 0? should i create a custom food for the jell-o according to what's on the package? just not sure why they don't match up. thanks.

It depends on which product, you might have selected a pudding? This one has 0 carbs: http://forum.lowcarber.org/myplan.php?do=details&item_id=19291

If you go here (http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-C00001-01c21Rk.html) you can discover the nutritional analysis which shows that, despite the 0 carb claim, there actually are carbs in this product. The FDA allows the number 0 for amounts less than 1 IIRC.
