Thumbs up no-bake apple crisp

Made this up today. Was super-yummy (for folks who can have apples). Supposedly serves 7. Had more than 1/2 leftover after serving 4.

Topping:
1/4 c quick oats
1/2 c sliced almonds
3 TBSP butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet Splenda

Filling:
1 can Lucky Leaf apple pie filling (sweetened with Splenda)

In skillet, heat oats, almonds, butter and cinnamon until almonds turn golden brown. Stir in Splenda.

Butter 8" round baking dish or 9" pie pan. Add the can of apple pie filling.

Heat filling in microwave on high for 2 or 3 minutes, or until warm.

Spoon topping over warm apple filling.

Eat up! Everyone liked it, even the kids!

Stats for the whole dish:

Total calories: 1001
Total carbs: 77
Total fiber: 17
Eff carbs: 60 (for the whole thing)
Protein: 18
