Thumbs up This is going to be GREAT!!

If we could come up with a drawing/cartoon of what a carb really looks like, we could do all kinds of things to it !!

I'm excited about the whole venture!

HI Tamarian!! Instead of calling it apparel, you might make it a little catchier calling it LOW-CARB GARB!!!!

Just my two cents worth. It's all a great idea. Keep up the good work.

I can draw but I'm not such a hot graphic artist. I really like tripletmom's way with text, so I'm trying to think of slogans to spur her on (go on, with your fabulous lowcarb self, girlfrien'!). Some to incorporate exercise themes:

Eat Meat
Lift Iron

Low in Carbs
High in Energy

Control the Carbs
Hit the Gym

(image of flour sack) NO
(image of barbell) YES

More general...

(bison or drumstick image) 10,000 B.C.
(bag labeled WHITE FLOUR) 19th century (20th might be more accurate)

Good idea, purnois, about what a carb looks like. We could use some images like a glucose molecule, or a ketone molecule. I could probably draw that.

Edited because I thought of another one:

I've got friends in low-carb places.

I like:

No Grain, No gain!

And also:

I'd rather have nice buns than eat them!

I had two ideas, but I can only remember one now.

What I picture is:

LOW
CARB
WOL

with the LOW and WOL right under each other with CARB off to the side. The LOW and WOL would look rather like mirror images of each other. I picture it in shades of black white and gray and maybe a little wavy or shimmery.

I wish I could remember the other idea...it's driving me nuts!

Karen!

I love the colors and the logo!

One other suggestion I have is to make the shirts anything except white. When I was in charge of school t-shirt ordering, the year we did white (it was cheaper), we had almost 50% fewer sales. They get dirty so fast and people just don't seem to like them as well. That was my experience anyway......

Well done Karen!

I especially like the Ketosis breath one, it's very funny, and fits quite well in the humour category.

Please don't forget to send me the originals, so I can check them as to how they look on CafePress products.

Kathy: Good point, but unfortunately, we're limited to white items, as those are what's available at CafePress.
