Default pancake recipe

I found a really good pancake recipe.
1/4 cup of plain soy protein powder
1 egg
Enough water to make the right consistency

mix up...fry in a hot skillet with pam (about 5 min. on each side). Slather with butter and atkin's syrup.
Yummy!!!

Sounds good...wonder if whey protein powder would work. Don't see why not. Am going to try that. Thanks for posting this.

Made this today. Used Optimum Nutrition's Vanilla Ice Cream Whey protein powder. It was good. I used a little heavy cream with a little water. I'm going to try them again...only with 2 eggs to the 1/4 cup of powder and cream/water. I think they might have a little more body. They kinda crumbled when I tried to turn them over. But they tasted really good. Thanks.

Hmmm.... Tried it with chocolate soy powder today (all I have).
A little bland, but not too bad. I think next time I'll sweeten her up with some splenda. Maybe use a bit more water as well.
Definately quite tastie!
