Jenny, congrats on the five pounds, but I'm miffed that I found two of them. Please take them back or give them to someone who needs them.......like all those starving kids in China my mother used to tell me about when I was little. Well, at least I don't have to slash my wrists this week. I'm down 1.5. YEAH! Hard fought pound and a half. Could somebody pleeeeeeeeez explain to me why putting it on is so much quicker than taking it off????? Methinks God really has a sense of humor. I hope turnips are on this plan because that's what is going down right now. A few beans and two big slices of roast beef. Yum. I figure by the time somebody posts that I goofed, it'll be too late. No loss, but no gain. Just starting second phase, also skipped working out this morning because I worked 16 hours yesterday and stayed in bed as long as I could. Getting off at 11p and waking up at 5 am will do that to you. Have a great week and looking forward to seeing you all next week....

I just started on Sunday and not sure if I am down any weight, but I did notice that I ate a few legal carb's last night and my weight was a bit higher this morning, think I'll stick to eating the carb's during the day. Hope to lose at least 2 pounds by next Wednesday. Good luck to everyone. Juliebugs
Okay, after that ten pound gain with taking the Prednisone, I'm finally back down to my normal, "where I started from" weight. This morning was at 213.5. Now five days ago I was up at 222.5!! So I guess you can say I lost TEN pounds!! LOL!
I will NEVER take Prednisone again! I'll itch my legs until I have nothing left but stubs, but I will never take that crazy stuff again!
I have started putting a glittery heart shaped sticker on my calendar for each day that I eat on plan. Sounds silly maybe but its a good feeling to see all those hearts there.
You could choose any kind of sticker. I wanted hearts to remind me that I was loving and respecting my body by staying on plan.
