So... I have a question on if I have been doing planks wrong the whole time. I used to do them when I was much younger and was pretty sure they were done like shown below. This is on the top of the article that Demi posted.
When doing more reading of the article, and other articles, it shows them often like this:
I've been doing them the first way the entire time, however, today I did the lower way and I'm not sure which is better. I think the second way may be a bit harder, but then again, maybe that's because I'm used to the upper way and have stronger muscles in that position.
How do you two do them?
