Default 10 lbs Challenge (your 10 lbs at a time goal)

10 lb Challenge
Come play the game, you know you wanna.😂🤣😂

Guidelines
Use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge.
Start at 10lbs to go. You can state where you started this journey at too.
Update your weight as often as you like.
Whoever loses 10 lbs first gets bragging rights then starts on their next 10, by updating their “new 10 lb goal”
(Quote the last persons post to make it easy, then add your updated #’s)
I’ll set it up…let the games begin…

shucks. now besides doing the math every day on my home graph, now I have to do the math here too. LOL. Hope I don't make any giant mistakes.
I usually only have a loss every other day, so this was unexpected, but a special blessing. Going with the family for chinese food today, hope I make a good choice. Even the egg drop soup has 11 carbs in it. looking at the egg fou young as a better choice-with no sauce.

Well done Chris!
I’m up 2/10’s of a lb after losing 2 lbs in 2 days.
I bounce and lose, usually a couple ounces.
I think we all lose differently, I know for sure for me I get stuck on numbers on the way down that I was thankful to be stuck on, on the way up.
Enjoy your meal.

stayed the same since yesterday, which is my usual pattern. yesterday I had two egg foo young patties and a tiny bit of sauce-one for breakfast/lunch and one for dinner. the egg drop soup was way over in calories and carbs when I googled it. Scottigirl, stay strong, are in the 160's, so getting close to goal where the weight really goes not want to come off.

Thanks Chris.
166.0 is my “doable” goal weight. The number I want is 154, ultimately landing at 147.
I did not sleep last night, Gave up at 3 am. I will weigh in tomorrow morning. Have a great day.😁

I totally want to join this challenge but I’m not starting my diet until Jan 1st or Jan 3rd - I’m also terrified of weighing myself But I like the idea of being accountable and I may change my mind and decide to weigh myself because the first time you go back on carnivore diet you usually lose quickly!
I wish everybody so much luck. Thanks for having a really cool challenge like this!

Entropy - welcome. It is wonderful that you could join us, whenever you decide to join this challenge and be on program.
I joined before the holidays as I don't party much anymore. Family is gone and friends are moving to climates warmer than Michigan. I'm hoping that losing this weight will help with my major health problems and I can become mobile again. At least it should make it easier to stand up again.
Happy New year's everyone!

Yes, smoked salmon is salty goodness. Good news I succeeded in my first 20 hour fast. I have been playing with eating windows, and OMAD, interesting stuff for me. The difference between hunger and cravings becomes very clear.

Here’s to a great year, I am aiming for consistency this year, whether that be eating lifestyle, exercise and movement goals or self-care goals.

Happy and Healthy…
Let’s do this!

bit by bit, slowly she lost. My legs and feet are really swollen today, just retaining water for some reason.
Maybe doing a 24 hour fast would help me too. But I'm still having my coffee with sugar-free hazelnut powder creamer.
every day is a new beginning, but especially with it being January 1.

Well done Chris. So proud of you.
I’m watching a couple YouTube videos, mostly about picking something you want, not focusing on the end goal but the “bridge to get there”. Giving yourself permission to have deep desires and then visualizing the steps to get there. Feeling it happen in your soul. See yourself making those steps everyday. Prepare yourself, your mind, body and spirit, by mentally rehearsing each step, therefore not looking at past. Ones imagination is a powerful tool.
