No issues yesterday for me. Had to grab some food on the fly and took the time to look things up first Not sure why some places put so much sugar in their salads, but they do. So, grilled chicken instead.
Today will be simple. Coffee w/H&H, a salad for lunch, and pork tenderloin stir fry for dinner.

We are over 1/2 way through the holidays, people! Next week will be tough, but we can do this! It's going to be great coming out the other side of the holidays at a lower weight than when I went in, instead of being completely derailed like many years in the past.
