He does not live with his parents but he is waiting like 14 days from when he saw them last. Having a tiny thin ten year old in the house she wants to usual cereal and.milk for breakfast and G-d knows what for lunch and dinner but I realize now that when I was food shopping for us she was having a few bites and stops.then I was finishing her lunch and my own so I”m done having the same food as her. That ship has sailed. I think my daughter will respect me more if I get control of my mood and body. . I have been in good spirits but I am a little down about how much weight I have gained.

Of course everyone stay healthy and stay safe.


Are you in NYC? I would think you are losing your mind with worry. Stay safe!

So I did stay on plan for the most part but had diet raspberry Snapple but didn’t really have carbs however I hate wasting money and I did go food shopping yesterday for my daughter who is 10 and I did buy her some fruit and vegetables so if she doesn’t eat that many I might have some we’ll see

I will say some good news when I cooked the mini hamburgers my daughter had some which was great because it’s hard to get her to eat protein usually

I think low-carb is wonderful but it’s really hard to do when you’re quarantined and you have children that 10 and not low carbing lol
But I didn’t have dessert with her last night.

I will say this : it is the best way to lose weight that is for sure.

I really should remove myself from this challenge because I am so mad and angry at my boyfriend that I want to eat everything in sight. Then again. If for some reason I am “single” again shouldn’t I lose weight now more than ever. LOL

No change this morning, stepping away from the bacon, it was The little kid in me, but she’s had enough bacon for now. 😂🤣😂

Plans for today Romaine lettuce and Caesar salad dressing side with steak and eggs for meal number one. Meal number two will be chicken drumsticks with broccoli and butter.

We got this, shiny new week, make a plan, do a little prep, best thing you could do for yourself, eat healthy to help your body and mind stay healthy

STARTING CARNIVORE TODAY. I TRIED IT ON SATURDAY AND LOST THREE POUNDS BUT THEN WENT OFF YESTERDAY CAUSE of really dumb reasons! I am not making that mistake again.
Wish me luck.

I can’t exercise like I used to especially due to my left leg injury.I think it is my abductor muscle. I have reached rock bottom and need a change. I am determined to emerge from this pandemic looking healthy and thin and not addicted to sugar or carbs or addicted to dieting.

If I could wake up and look like Zero Carber Kelly Hogan everyday that would be amazing.
She never has to “diet” or worry about her size or exercise.

Dear friends:
Hello it is me. I stayed carnivore all day but was not happy. I didn’t have any cravings but I can’t live like this. I love the Kelly Hogan’s out there that can do it I think it is amazing but I can’t eat meat day and day out. I have a daughter and I’m watching her eat normal food and I’m avoiding veggies and I feel ridiculous. I might have gained weight and want to lose it fast but I think I am better off with something else so I am leaving This challenge or doing it with shakes and then maybe I can keep my journal and join some support group. I’m not sure which. It was just too hard to do carnivore. It really is. Especially in New YOrk when we are trapped in our houses.
