Niki, I have the same relationship with bacon, I know full well when I eat it that my weight is going to go up. You’re completely correct about drinking lots of water, flush that water weight away.
As for me sleep, what exactly is that? Last night slept two hours wide awake for the next five hours! Was able to get another three. I’m sure you all know the correlation between no sleep and weight loss. Correctly put, no sleep no weight loss.
