Default Ken Berry interviews Thomas Seyfried

Posted in the last 24 hours. Seyfried is always a worthy interview, particularly for those who want to understand the metabolic theory of cancer and health:

Enjoy, interested in your thoughts.

Very interesting, thank you for sharing.

My late sister's cancer of the colon metastisized to her lymph nodes and other places. She ate healthy all her life. I, on the other hand, had a binge eating disorder and ingested all manner of crappy sugar for decades. So it's pretty unfair she got cancer.

But .. like the good doctor says in this video, the indigenous populations ate ONLY meat and plant and had extremely low incidence of cancer.

So even a 'little' amount of carbs/sugar/processed food can set us up for the possibility of cancer. Very sobering stuff.
