Default Starting a 90 day keto challenge

Day 1 of 90

My plan for this challenge is simple. Keep it keto EVERDAY. For me that means less than 30 net carbs, but I'll shoot for less than 20 total carbs. I will go easy on the plant based foods, eating mostly meat, eggs and dairy. I'm hoping that the volume of food that I eat will naturally drop based on this plan, but I won't count on that. I'll track foods most days and try to cap off my eating at 2500 calories or less. My eating the past few weeks has thrown me out of the sweet spot that I was in for much of the previous challenge. I want to find my keto zone again, get locked into it and stay there for a while. That's the plan. I started yesterday. It was a good OP day.

16 total carbs, 2100 calories and 21K steps including a 2.5 mile jog.

A.Time of eating
1. 2 meals a day,
2. between noon- 8 pm for 30 days.
B. take supplements every day
1. tyrosine 1/4 tsp TID
2. 3 cups of green tea
3. bottled supplements
4. min 4 oz beef
5. min 3 eggs
6. 1/2 can of sardines
C. Find probiotic with Lactobacillus helveticus, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacteria infantis

1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. Doing well. Very few temptations today. Really, the only thing in the breakroom at work were pretzels today and they didn't even appeal. I am one third of the way thru this round! This is working for me.

Day 2 of 90

Didn't do so good yesterday. It was a decently low carb/keto - day but way too much food. It was probably more stress (work) eating than hunger. I'm going to this challenge a count of how many days I successfully stop eating for the day after dinner. When I lost the last 30 pounds of my initial weight loss I had that practice locked down. Eating outside of mealtime is a problem these days. I need to address it.

Goal: Weigh daily. Drink water. Limit dairy, caffeine and artificial sweeteners.
No tracking, but be mindful of portions. Eat and drink enough as well as not too much.

Weight goal: Stay under 205 lb for life. Longer term weight goal: Get down under 200 lb and stay there for life.

Goal weight: <205
Weight at start of this challenge: 206.4
Today's weight: 202.8 (new low)

The only mental note I made (no time for notepad) was at the library downtown the maintenance guy was talking to other staff about what they wanted for lunch, discussing my favorite fast food place and sandwich....he went and picked up the food for them. **I forgot to mention I DREAMED about bread last night...I was looking at several loaves of whole wheat bread....it was looking so good I had to get out of the store.... !
