Lettin' nothing stand in my way of staying committed to my incredible WOL b/c it's a CHOICE!

Eating properly and exercising daily are 100% spot on, can't do better than that!

Daily Walking:

Wanted to add that I still walk 4 miles every single morning before the "butt crack" of dawn. On school days I can average another 6 miles or so. When Imma home, like today, I can put in another 2 or 3 miles... depends what Imma doing!

Weight Training:

On "odd" numbered days I do my weight training... which I wrote about on the first page of my gym log:

Stationary Bike:

I still do at least 2 hours a day on my stationary bike, more when I have the time...

I have no desire to increase anything I do.

To be perfectly honest, I HATE to exercise, but I know how important it is at my age to stay as mobile and strong as possible.

I am totally committed to my WOL b/c it's a CHOICE.

By eating 100% OP and exercising daily, I know I am as healthy as possible and I want to stay that way for as long as possible!
