Default Weekly Reboot Challenge #1

I'm rebooting today and thought that an accountability challenge might be beneficial. I was thinking a new challenge could be started each week for anyone new and for others who are on track and want to keep up the accountability.

Summer holidays were hard on me and I have been off track since mid-August. I've tried restarting - am good for a day or a meal - and then backslide. I am going to Vegas for a week in November. I was just going to coast until then, but over the weekend I decided to start now and do the best I can rather than waiting. So today is day 1 of my reboot.

This morning I had an egg cream (hot coffee, 2 eggs, 1 pkg Splenda, unsalted butter). I've brought tuna salad for lunch as well as dill pickles and cheese sticks to have on hand.

I plan to go to the gym today at lunch and participate in a 1 hour spin class.

As for my eating plan, I have been doing Carb Nite Solution with great success and had incorporated intermittent fasting which had given me some amazing results - lots of changes in my body shape. As I am rebooting I think I will just focus on basic low carb for now until I have that under control. I will also aim for 10,000 steps a day.

Anyone want to join me?
