GOAL: 205

Changes I made/making for the month of October. Less low carb tortilla, no more fake cheese slices, ACV every morning, vitamins, no more nuts and I also reduced my workout days. Only working out 4-5 times a week. HIIT/ walk/run and weights 3 days a week.

OCT 01 - 211.4
OCT 02 - 208.8 (What a woosh!, not sure if this will stay, but for today, I'm happy)
OCT 03 - 210.8
OCT 04 - 209.8

10/04: 173 Pretty sure this is just some inflammation. Now that the weather has finally cooled off a bit, I've been doing quite a bit of "maintenance" work around the house and yard and thus using muscles in an unaccustomed way. Find myself getting up feeling sore every morning but the soreness dissipates once I get moving so all is good.

I accidentally put on a pair of hubby's size 32 cargo shorts this morning and they fit nicely! I've been wearing his old size 34 cargo shorts for the past year or so to work around the house in, but couldn't quite fit into size 32s. A nice little NSV! Guess the old body is still shifting it's shape even tho the scales haven't budged much.

~Bmore4now...whatever you're doing, it sure seems to be working! LC tortillas are a no-no for me. Hubby likes them and they don't affect his blood sugar (as long as he only has one or two at a meal) so I have started buying them for him occasionally. But if I eat one, I desperately WANT more. So I stick with using Bibb or Romaine lettuce leaves in place of tortillas.

~Toddy...WELCOME BACK! Hang in there and keep trying "little tweaks." Eventually you will find the magic combination that will entice the WHOOSH fairy to come your way again. I'm wondering if, when you pick a tweak to try, do you stick with that tweak for at least a week to 10 days while otherwise leaving ALL other aspects of your WOE and exercise life as constant as possible? Since weight loss/gain can lag behind whatever caused it by several days (AND can get blurred by totally inexplicable daily weight fluctuations) sticking with a tweak for at least a week is the ONLY way one can possibly judge how that particular tweak affects weight. Trying too many different things at once, or changing up your tweaks too often makes it impossible to judge what works and what doesn't. We are rooting for you!!!

Thanks! Yes, I love those dang tortillas wraps and I think I purchase the worse ones as far as ingredients are concerned (mission carb balance). I was having one a day, but I really think those fake foods are not true to the net carb count. Either that or I just don't trust it. Plus, I had to up my veggies.

Congrats on your weight loss. Impressive!! 32 waist, is a size 12 , I have a jean skirt that's brand new. I've had it for at least 6 years and never wore it. I purchased it from the thrift store, hoping one day I could wear it. Let's hope I get my wish one day.
