I have found a journal the best way to keep myself on track, especially to tweak things if they're not working. Besides your carb count, make sure you're eating enough healthy fat, salt, and calories overall. Yesterday I ate 1700 calories, all OP food, but I didn't deprive myself. And I slept well last night. There are so many variables in weight loss, including hormones & illness, but I've touched on a few things other than carb count to examine. Good luck. You can do this!!

I agree with GreekRibs on the journal. Mine started out with being my food journal along with thoughts, quotes from others' posts, ideas I have, and goals. Sometimes I "come and go", like lately, when time flies by and it seems like I have no time to do my "things". But it's still there waiting for me to come back. I love to reread it for inspiration & check what I ate when I was losing weight quickly--helps me see what I might be eating that I shouldn't be eating now.
Nice loss, Nikki.
Welcome, dunroven. I think you'll like it here. Lot's of support from everyone.
