I agree with GreekRibs on the journal. Mine started out with being my food journal along with thoughts, quotes from others' posts, ideas I have, and goals. Sometimes I "come and go", like lately, when time flies by and it seems like I have no time to do my "things". But it's still there waiting for me to come back. I love to reread it for inspiration & check what I ate when I was losing weight quickly--helps me see what I might be eating that I shouldn't be eating now.

Things are turning out busier for me right now than I had expected. I'm going to drop back out for a week until things chill a bit, so please take me off. I'm sorry. I will get started with the next challenge I guess.

Hi Ladibug. I like to re-read my own journal too ... if just to see what battles I might have had in the past that I no longer have today ... makes me feel progress. Yes, and to see what we were eating when weight loss was good. Although I feel like my body constantly changes. So sometimes I can repeat exact same eating but have different results. I always remind myself we're playing the looooong game here. Stringing those OP days together over several months wins the prize. Sometimes when we just look at the "now" we don't realize the weight loss will come in it's own good time.

Nikki, sorry to see you off this challenge. I am sure you'd have finished first, but enjoy your trip! I would love to do one like that some day. I have never yet traveled outside North America.

Not me dropping out of the challenge, that was Dunroven. I am going to need the challenge more than ever when I am away from home! A little nervous about what my food choices are going to be but determined to stay 100% OP even if I need to fast! Disappointing weekly weigh in for me this morning in that I only lost .4 of a lb since last Thurs, but the good news is I lost .25 inches EACH off four different places and a whole .5 off my bicep. apparently kettle bells is working!

Yes! A good day, all. I have my nephew's wedding today, the first of my parents' grandchildren to marry. I'm excited, but I am sure the reception will be a challenge.
