Down 0.2 and Jodi 0.5. ALL OK. PAULEtE... I forget to tell you that i showed off your B&A pic to Carl and Jodi.. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! All smiles and praise from them to you! AND MISS WHOOSHIE DID SPRINKLE>>LOL she must have been running out of THINING DUST!

KATHY... you are a BAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDD GIRL! ~ swaks with the noodle! The entire can??? I get the same thing and they are HIGH in carbs..yes you are lucky to be tolerant of them!!! I keep that stuff in the freezer so I do not see them everytine I open a cabinet.This way, it is a PLAN to have and I take one handful with the freezer open and put the can away immediately!
Guess yo did not make oopsies... you folks should start a POOL as to when I will make them LOL!... I did get the cars and truck registered and picked up a couple of things at Wallyworld. They are closeing the small stores around here and that stinks. The rural areas need those stores. It can be 30-45 minute drive on roads that are 65MPH! I heard 200 stores and 1600 jobs lost. That is so terrible in this depressed area.

Today I had the rest of the can of tuna and a few rinds..one mug o coffee w/ hc and now a mug o tea w/ hc. JODI got CARAMEL SALTED TEA and it is delish.
Spent hours trying to find my grandmother's wedding band that my mom and I were married in.I gave it to Jodi and was one of the very few pieces of jewlery that was not stolen from her. I kept going back to the same secret cabinet and looking on the hooks.. FINALLY I saw an old box and oicked it up.. heavy.. DUH.. had MY heavy gold stuff and the RING!!! At least I got the furniture dusted
Tomorrow morning is pool and then gym and then pharmacy if i remember!THEN back to CLEAN!

HOPE the losses continue!!! WIll be back to change the chart later!

Hello my team mates What I would like to do is show a chart of how much we lost during our time together. Is it possible to check back to where each has begun the TEAM? For me and Kathy it is easy.. from the get go! LOL!! Or just about

I would love to do this since I hear repeatedly how positive an effect this team work has been. I know I would have been in trouble with this as well!

Can this be done? ANY volunteers to gather data or can you each find that info?

Just bouncin along.....


Cricket there are two Walmarts closing in our county as well! Both are pretty new stores, so it surprises me. Once they close it means at least a 10-20 mile drive farther to the next closest one depending on which side of them the customer lives. Luckily the one nearest us is staying open-- its basically in between the two closing, in the center of the county. I will go back and get my starting weight from when I first joined the team for you and post later

CRICKY - I don't even remember when I joined your team. It seems so long ago! Congrats on your sprinkle!

I just got my results back from the blood test. Potassium is fine, but I am LOW on sodium again. Dr. says to keep up on the salt. No more NoSalt - use regular salt!

sigh.

I must go to bed. I forgot to mention this morning that I woke up at 2:35am and never did get back to sleep, so I am a tired unit. Have a good night everyone! Nighty night rabbits!

OK.. this is what I dug up from my old thread posts:
BARB...you joined on JUNE 1st ( I think game #3) at weight of 193.0

HIMI... you joined us on JUNE 10th GAME #6 at weight of 234.0

KATHY... unless you have a calander etc might as well use the start total date.. I think it was only a couple weeks after you came on the site that we hooked up..
PAULETTE.... you HAVE to be here at least a year+ We have been here a while and were on the old site forever.. heck.. pick a place if you have no records!
Jodi's start is the start of Atkins so that is easy and my start is the totals start to since i started the teams right away. Give or take a week is all.

PAULETTIE>>> you have had the longest stall in history!!!!

CHRISSIE... Pick a date if you cannot find the exact one.. must have records knowing you

woke up 12:31 Am thanks to miserable dog having to go out.There I am awake and now HUNGRY since I did not eat since that hlaf can of tuna salad. 3 eggs, 2 mushrooms and green onions later with shredded cheese and I am not starving.not full but not starving.Have to try to get back to sleep! Have a peaceful uninterrupted sleep guys!

Early weigh in. I've been up since 4 AM thinking about everything I need to get done at work. It's payroll, but I have so much other stuff that needs done. I figured, instead of laying there thinking about it, I should just get up and go in early and do it.

Down 0.9 today which made me feel good......until I saw my weight when I joined this group which wasn't too much more than what I am now. However, this is my own doing...and I'm down from 217 when I initially started LC in March. If I wasn't part of this team, I would have been back up to 217+.

Cricket and Jodi: You are both off to a great start this game!

Himi: Don't worry about the temporary blip!

Kathy: I also go overboard with nuts, so I try to ration them out instead of eating them directly from the can or bag. However, they give me the "crunch" I sometimes miss since I don't like pork rinds.

Chrissie: Good loss for the start of the game. I wasn't feeling well either yesterday, but I think it's from lack of sleep and stress.

Paulette: You're still holding pretty steady! Glad your blood work came out okay and edema is being controlled!

I'll try to get back on tonight. I've been staying later at work and by the time I get home and get something to eat, I have no energy and the night is over. Not sleeping well isn't helping.

Up .4 today. I am playing the Bouncy Ball game! Quite a few of us have been playing this game lately. I am still in the game, though spinning in circles now.

CRICKET - When the old Atkins site changed, I lost all my records there. And I truly do not remember back when I joined your team. It must have been a few months after I started the whole Atkins shebang (which was almost 2 years ago, Feb. 2, 2014), so I am RANDOMLY picking this date.... AUGUST 2, 2014. That is 6 months after I started Atkins. And on Aug. 2, 2014, I weighed 275.6 lbs. So I have lost 67.2 lbs since then. ------- Yes, I agree that I have had the longest stall in history. According to that old chart you pulled up, I was 217 then, and I was that weight at the end of Dec., too. Just bounced around that old number for ages! I have only started losing again this month!!!! So my 7 month stall is over, I hope!!!!!!!!!

BARB - Congrats on your loss today! I agree with you - this team truly does help. When in the midst of trying to diet, and faced with life's difficulties, it is crucial to have an anchor or else we want to float away!!!! You have stuck with it all through your trials and managed to not only maintain the weight you lost, but you have lost even more to boot! You have done a fabulous job in managing your weight and you deserve 3 cheers! It is frustrating that weight loss is so darn SLOW, though! But even the lowly snail WILL eventually millimeter its way to the finish line.

Today I am planning on a tuna salad for lunch, and a chicken breast with cheese & (gasp) BROCCOLI for lunch today! (shock! horror!) For some reason, broccoli sounds like a good idea to me. So today's totals should be 1143 cals and 14 carbs. I may or may not add a couple more Tbl of cream for afternoon coffee, which would bring it up by 100 cals, but that remains to be seen.

I will be super busy today, trying to wrap up the mailer project which SHOULD go to the printer's tomorrow! but I think it will be an extra day? Whatever, I will try to stop back and say hi later. Have a great Whishing Whoosie Wednesday!!!

I am making chicken soup for dinner rather than the chicken/cheese. It will allow me to have a bit more sodium, which I need. I may add some cream to the soup to get my fat up a bit, too. I will add my cheese to the tuna salad. Still plan on around 1200 cals.

okay.....the earliest e-mail i could find between us was on 3/2/15, and i know it was not the first, so my best guesstimate is that i joined the A-Team around valentine's day 2015 weighing 206.2 lbs, so as of today this team has helped me lose 45.7 lbs

i guess i joined earlier than i thought!
