2016
01/01/ 203.5
01/02/ 203.5
01/03/ 205 - This is the traditional black eyed peas and cornbread with rice and collard greens and the not so traditional chocolate parfait finished with some sangria which was consumed on the evening of the first.

Definitely a delayed reaction.

The good news is that when I initially weighed in on the 1st I am more than 10lbs lighter than I thought I'd be.

Luckily my next personal holiday isn't until mid Feb. Hoping to get to the low 190's by then!

I had this happen to me over the Christmas weekend, and was up in the bathroom and all the next day at work. It will pass. I just drank tons of water and kept on the plan. I am back down.

I had one spoon of black eye peas, no corn bread, it was tasty to. I know I could not eat this, but had to taste it. I really miss cornbread so damn bad , but I love my new look.

You will hit your goal plus more, just be strict and you will be fine.

I had bought store bought cornbread as I have no flour in the house, no working oven, and it was going to be just cheaper to just buy it.

It was sweet, but a bit grainy too. Mine is always silky smooth. It was good, but it wasn't mine.

I was confident I'd be able to kick back on after that indulgence. I think that is a huge part of the battle - knowing when you can handle doing it.

I think that chocolate parfait thing I had was the real killer. It was HUGE and it was only 2$. I would so get one of those again - maybe for my birthday.
