Hi 1DogDay and Congratulations on eating properly and loosing the weight .
Many LCs eat two and three meals every day with fresh veggies and fresh meats. The fears of some on this forum that they have to go into "starvation mode" to loose the weight, which is not necessary.
Keep up the good work and with proper nutrition, you will feel better and better.....

Here is some great info. that you might enjoy

This is true, I try to drink 20 oz every 2.5 hours, that gets my goal for the day of 100 oz.

I thought for sure I was going to be down in weight today but no . It's been a while since I've had a loss.

My rosacea has come back full force to the point where I look like a meth addict, so my body doesn't like something I'm eating. I think it's the HWC (my favorite).

I'm going to try the coconut cream in my coffee. Anyone use the kind in the can? Without butter and coconut oil, or HWC, coffee to me, isn't worth drinking. Hmmm maybe I can tolerate some butter!

I only use the kind in the can...Trader Joe's carries an organic full-fat Native Forest coconut milk or their brand coconut cream. If separated, whip the water and solid part together, it stays very thick in the fridge.
