Default Four weeks in!

Just wanted to share that I am now four weeks in (yay), and I've lost 10 lbs. (double yay). I am so excited by how this is going, and that it's pretty easy and I'm actually losing weight!

I am WAY less hungry now, and hoping that I'm not eating too little some days. Is that be a problem?

I can't wait to get back into the 180's, and then the 170's.

Yay!

Congrats! It is exciting to see your efforts producing results.

IMHO, eating too little is rarely a problem. As long as you are not hungry, and getting appropriate energy and nutrition, appetite regulates itself. That's one of the goals.

WTG...and no hunger...magic isn't it?
Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full. Many LCs eat only one meal a day or even fast for longer periods because it is easy to do. The fears on this forum of "starvation mode" are overrated Dr Fung on that and other myths:

And we are happy to read your enthusiasm about this healthy way of eating.
many would frame that post in a whiny "I only lost a pound" or this LC stuff doesn't work attitude, but you see the benefits of not being hungry, while eating healthy, tasty real food and losing weight at a safe, expected rate. You will get to the bottom of the skin issue and reach your next goal...just entering the "next decade" is always a boost. All the best to you 2016!

Congrats and WTG, 1DD! Especially doing this during the holidays, you've proven to yourself that it is DO-ABLE in the face of all that temptation! You go, girl!

Stay on course and you'll see your goal weight in no time flat!

We've got 94 days til our birthday!!!! Wonder how much you can lose by then?

Keep Fighting the Good Hard Fight, YOU are so Worth it!

Yay, another 1/2 lb. down on Christmas morning!!!

Janet, my skin is clearing up...I backed off on a lot of things that could have been bothering it and slowly added a few in with good results.

Thanks Jo!

24.5 would be great by our birthdays. That might be too much to expect but I feel it's doable!

I only drooled at the red wine last night but had the ham, Brussel sprouts and asparagus with water. I did have about 5 raspberries - that was my Christmas splurge (much better than prior years, and most days really)

Down 1.5 more pounds, yay

P.S. I just realized that when I posted this thread I was only 3 weeks in, not 4 so I've lost 13 pounds in 31 days, not bad !!!

Thanks so much JustJo and ESW! I am excited and see this working to get slim!!!

P.S. I had to buy a belt yesterday as my jeans are falling down and can now be removed without undoing them....not good if they fell right down in public

1Dog, your are doing great. I know the problem of pants and needing a new belt.

Stay the course, NO cheat days, and Water is your friend. For me being very strick worked great. Just think in 3 months you will need another new belt lol, what a shame .

It even better when people start to tell you how good you look. I love hearing it.
