Maybe you just need to switch things up a bit? I find when I do the same things , eat the same things etc... I plateau. I tweaked my food and exercise plan just a bit and I'm on the downward slope again

I am so excited with this knowledge. I used it to make a sandwich or u can eat it as is. Loved it. I used the coconut oil like she suggested instead of the butter and cooked it for 1.5 minutes. I also put it in a bowl instead of a cup which I liked better. If any of u try it let me know what u think.

Yes, I've heard of it, and I also make flax seed rolls in a muffin tin. So good.

Had a tooth flare up again this week, so have been focusing on soft foods and am now on antibiotics. Meh.

My food hasn't been all that bad, I eat a TON of variety, but late June/early July was an absolute stress mess for me, work wise and I moved, combining two houses into one as I moved in with my long term bf. I think all the pressure took its toll. Luckily, I didn't GAIN, but didn't really lose either.

Now that I'm back into somewhat of a routine, hoping to see the numbers move!

Aug 1 - 306.9
Aug 2 - 307.0
Aug 3 - 307.6 (TOM)
Aug 4 - 307.5
Aug 5 - 307.3
Aug 6 - 307.0

p.s. I hate intense exercising - it makes me RAVENOUSLY HUNGRY, though I walk quite a bit extra if I can, which makes me feel better about myself.

Great job Kelly. Keep it up. It's funny because my family keep telling me how much weight I have lost but it's hard for me to really see what they are seeing. I do intense workouts at the gym 3 times a week for an hour so I feel pretty good but sometimes I feel disappointed cause I feel I should have lost more weight by now. My goal was 20 lbs a month. But I know I am making progress so that's good.
I am proud of all you guys. Thanks for keeping me motivated and accountable every single day. You are my TDC family.
