LOL thank you.. but I had to fast...for blood tests.. and I ended up fasting almost 2 days.. and it barely stuck LOL!!! but thanks.....really, sadly the only way I have ever consistently have lost weight is by starving myself....but whew get to my age and it doesn't feel so good....
