Tuna bite

i was just taliking to my daughter who's living in Switzerland, and she gave me a wonderful idea for a tuna lunch smack.

1 cucumber cut in half lengthwise
hollow the seeds out
fill with a mixture of tuna, mayo, diced celery,and a bit of chopped green onion, and som grated mozz cheese.
