Thank you ladies....I so appreciate it tons....I am really trying hard.. I have a doctor's apt that I need to go on Wed.. did I mention this?? sorry if I am repeating myself.. and the last time I was there 2 months I weighed in at 320...so here I am going back wishing to get below that number but that isn't going to happen.. so I am praying for at least 325.. I will use my birthday and Thanksgiving as an excuse..when really I should have lost at least another 5 pounds or more......grrr this is going to be embarrassing...I have been using intermittent fasting...bottom line is this is what I always do to myself.. like a sickness I swear...
