It's frustrating, isn't it!? I decided to try 1 tsp in my scrambled eggs, and for the past 3 days, I have lost a bit. So maybe that's my max.
The protein powder I bought is 1 carb and 31g protein in one 35g scoop, so a 5g tsp would have 4.4g protein. Not a lot of protein, but every bit counts I guess!
