Default Created a health care system to combat modern wheat

See that title? That's not my creation. That is the assertion of Wheat Belly author, Dr. Davis.

Check out this video:

Wheathlessness: A 21st Century Health Strategy

at the :50 minute mark.

That's exactly what he says. And you know what?

I think he's right.

I read that so wrong...He created a whole new health care system? That's quite a feat!

But I see what he's saying now... And so true.

What he is saying is that our modern health care system is 90% reaction to us eating modern wheat, and the health problems which ensue.

Yet many doctors today do not and will not acknowledge the problem that exists.

Most of us here have already created our own health care system to combat modern wheat - I know I have. It's sad and frustrating to discover that each individual is pretty much alone in withstanding the disease onslaught from Big Food, but we owe a huge debt of gratitude to Davis, Bernstein, Taubes, et al for opening our eyes. I wonder how many lives they may have saved.
