What are kettlebballs?

Hi Deb!
Kettlebells are weighted (5,10,20) balls that have handles. Apparently there are video workouts you follow. I've read that they are wonderful for cardio and weights. Google it and you'll see some examples.

Oh deb! I'm so sorry to hear about your husband!! I pray he gets his BP under control and gets on track with being healthier. My hubby only has about 10 lbs to lose too. He's been eating fairly LC for several weeks now and sees a tremendous diff in how he feels physically. He doesn't have any health issues, however I kept hoping he would come around to this WOE for the health benefits. Now that he's onboard I've just gotta get him to exercise. Baby steps....lol
