I'm taking D3 (5-10k), K2 45mcg, Magnesium (lots). I haven't been taking calcium and I don't drink dairy. I'm not crazy about the fact that calcium supplements get deposited in arteries. K2 is supposed to help with that, but do we really know?
Anyway, just looking for advice on improving my bone density.

Food grade diatomaceous earth, gelatin, cal/mag, D3, and K2. I take 100 mcg/day of MK-7 vitamin k.
I had osteopenia. I don't any more.
I had an ultrasound of my organs. No calcium deposits, and they were very healthy and flexible/pliable(?).
