Default Apple Cider BBQ Chicken

Saw this recipe on TV a few years ago and adjusted it.

INGREDIENTS:
1-3lbs chicken, cut into 8 sections
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup 90/10 Oil, 90% Vegetable oil and 10% Olive oil
1 tablespoons of Poultry Seasoning
1/2 to 1 tablespoons of Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Pepper
1 whole eggs

DIRECTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl add apple cider vinegar, oil, poultry seasonings, salt, pepper and egg. Quickly whisk all ingredients together so that they are blended. Place a 1/4 cup of sauce in a separate bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Add chicken pieces and let marinade for 24-48 hours in the refrigerator. (I put it in a zip lock bag and turn it every few hours)

After marinating, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a 13x9 baking pan and bake for 30 mins uncovered on the middle rack.

Finish off on the grill until pieces are a nice golden brown. Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly.

As chicken is grilling drizzle the reserved 1/4 c of the marinade over it.

Note: When I make it I just buy the chicken pieces. I just use 6, 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 2 legs.

This chicken has a nice tang to it from the vinegar.
