Back from vacation and avoiding the scales for a few days. I managed to eat healthy for about a half a day, lol. I enjoyed every minute of the cruise and did get up 3 mornings to go to the gym. Oh well back on track today and will need to bust butt for a bit to undo the overdo!

So...I'm kinda posting this all over the boards but I am expecting my first darling squishy face!!

I need this challenge more than ever, as I need to maintain my weight for the next 9 months and exercise will help keep my energy up.

robyn, you are doing a fabulous job!!
Karianna, so glad you enjoyed your cruise!

We went on 5 night cruise from jacksonville fla with stops in Key West and nassau Bahamas. Spent two days in South Carolina. I am from Maine, so I really appreciated the warm weather!

I braved the scales today and only 2 pounds higher than when I left! I went straight back into low carbing so I am feeling pretty achy and tired (low carb flu) I ate SO much food on the ship, I think my body is in a state of detox! Skipping exercise for a day or two until my energy level comes back up, then I will get movin'

Hey KariAnna, 2 pounds isn't too bad. I did that same cruise plus a few extra days in in Florida and gained 10 lbs
I hope you feel better soon, might be a bit of warm weather withdrawal affecting you too!
