Default Atkins induction "legal" sausages found at Asda

According to a member on another board I visit these sausages are tasty as well as being made from induction allowed ingredients!!
The first glutenfree bangers I have seen without starches of some kind in them.

Quote:
Asda's extra special range gluten free pork sausages with only trace carbs per link.
Ingredients: pork 97%, water, salt, herbs(sage & parsley), stabiliser(diphosphates) preservatives(sodium sulphite) antioxidents(ascorbic acid) spice extracts(coriander, pepper, nutmeg), sage extract, sausage casing (natural pork)

I'm almost willing to make the 15-20 minute drive to Asda, just for sausages that I'm allowed to eat. I never seem to be able to make it to the butchers, but Asda is 24 hours!

I will keep my eyes open for those next time I am in Asda. I have tried the Black Farmer ones and they are nice. My farmshop used to do fabulous pork sausages which were solid meat but I am not sure whether he has changed his receipe

I will certainly put these on my shopping list.... my farmshop ones have change and have temporarily knocked me out of ketosis .

I have however found some nice ones in Marks and Sparks tonight, 97% Pork, 0.5carb per sausage, 2 packets for £5. I know what I am having for breakfast in the morning.

I bought two packets and will have them later after gym - one or two sausages not the two packets lmao

they do look really nice and with only trace amounts of carbs per 100g its looking good. to be able to have "normal" food like this is gold

I would recommend these sausages. They are really nice. Non greasy great taste and good all in. 4 out of 5. I found in tesco some bratvourst ( don't know the spelling ) and they were very similR carb wise

Will post more info soon but get into the asda ones. Two for £4 just now. Would be great for the BBQ

I have been using Tesco Finest Pork Toulouse Sausages: 2 sausages are [0.3g carbs and has fibre 0.7g]: 90% meat [78% pork+ 12% bacon], also contains Merlot!
Delicious!
