Default walnut "cereal"

Had some organic walnuts, put them in a bowl with some cream, topped with shredded coconut. Sort of like granola cereal! Nice change for breakfast when I don't feel like making eggs.

I do something similar but add sliced almonds and a little flaxmeal. I also use the larger flakes of coconut. I've always liked cold cereal and this does it for me.
