Slice all the veggies.
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
Marinate veggies about 30 minutes. Spray a grill wok with Pam. Drain veggies and grill in wok 12 minutes on each side or till crisp tender. When done, drizzle with reserved marinade.
