I did the 2 mile walk DVD on Saturday and I was soaked in sweat when I was done. I think I'm going to combine that video and my Jillian Michaels video tonight, going all out!

Mile 1: Get Started with a 15 minute mile
Mile 2: Faster pace - a 12 minute mile
Mile 3: BOOSTED walking - a 10 minute mile
Mile 4: Add the firm Band for a big muscle BOOST - 15 minute mile
I completed all 4 miles with the firm band!

I did the Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home - 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk last night and it kicked my butt! That was insane!
I put a lot of energy into it though, when doing kicks I am doing kickboxing kicks, I wish the women, and man, in the video looked like they were putting a little more effort into it. Leslie's sister, seems like she is pushing it but all the rest are smiling and doing little tiny kicks.... I can't smile when I exercise, if I am smiling I'm not working hard eneough....
I don't know, these are just things that have bothered me after doing these videos for about/ over a year now... LoL.

What is the concept of these videos? I don't understand the "walking" at home .. without a threadmill? You walk in circle ?

You walk in place, I know most people think, "you burn calories by walkig in place???" but you do! You are doing side steps, grapevines, arm movement, it really is a workout, I lost 56lbs doing WATP. I doing them again before my 30 Day Shred video at night.
