HCG ROUND 2 DIARY


Day 1 (loading)...192.4 Today I'm loading and ate a whole bunch of junk

Day 2 (loading)...195 Another day of loading and I already feel awful. Lots of yucky burps Hopefully tomorrow I won't be up too much more. Excited to get back to 500 cal and losing Goal is to stay to protocol strictly and release 25 lbs.

Day 3 (500 cal).....193.2 (-1.8) Last night to this morning was horrible from loading. Terrible gas! So glad it’s done! Very shocked to see a loss. Let’s keep it going 

Lunch~ 4oz ground beef w/4 romaine leaves
Dinner~ 3.5oz chicken breast w/ 5oz celery
snack~ apple

Day 4...189.6(-3.6) Yesterday was a good day. Ate exactly to protocol and got in all my water. I did have moments of hunger but nothing unbearable to wait till the next meal. I drank 3 cups tea throughout the hunger and it does help. It helped alot to use my fruits as in between snacks.

Day 6...187.6 (-1) Another good day yesterday. I was feeling a very wee bit of thoughts of no no foods but I talked me self through I keep telling myself that I'm going to give it my ALL! It's only 35 days left. One day at a time. I was up till like 3am after watching the boxing match and couldn't settle at home. I've only gotten like 4 hours of sleep. Today will be a restful day. Taking out one of my fruits for the day and making it another veggie serving.

I bought a new measuring tape cause I didn't feel like I was getting an accurate measuring. I had one of those that lock but when you pull the piece out it would move back I think giving a smaller measurement. So I went out yesterday and got a fabric measuring tape. I'm going to measure on Mondays now with my new tape

Day 7...188(+0.4) Yesterday was quite the busy day. Got up and went to my nieces for coffee, then hit the gym for an hour, went to store for new measuring tape and then Barnes & Nobles Book store. Didn't get home to eat till evening and was starving. I had the orange b4 the workout and then at 5pm stuffed the chicken w/all 12oz celery planned for day in 1 sitting. Then at 7pm had my lunch plan. I was stuffed but knew I had to get in my calories. So I'm up 4oz this morning. No big deal

Day 8...188.6(+0.6) S o I'm up a bit more this morning. I think it may be a couple of reasons. Two days in a row I went to the gym and 2 days in a row I gained. Not peeing much so I believe I'm retaining some water. Also last night I gave in to a heaping tsp of PB. I've been wanting it for days so I took 1 and left the jar in the cabinet. Hopefully now I can move on without the daily fight of wanting it. One more thing is that this was my LDW on Round 1 so it's a set point. There's 3 good reasons for it to be this today. Today I'm going to try Talapia. I hear it's good and I don't like fish. Tunafish I like but I've never liked the others but I've been trying new things to live a lifetime of better eating Oh....my clothes do feel loser this morning!

Day 2 (loading)...195 Another day of loading and I already feel awful. Lots of yucky burps Hopefully tomorrow I won't be up too much more. Excited to get back to 500 cal and losing Goal is to stay to protocol strictly and release 25 lbs.

Day 3 (500 cal).....193.2 (-1.8) Last night to this morning was horrible from loading. Terrible gas! So glad it’s done! Very shocked to see a loss. Let’s keep it going 

Day 4...189.6(-3.6) Yesterday was a good day. Ate exactly to protocol and got in all my water. I did have moments of hunger but nothing unbearable to wait till the next meal. I drank 3 cups tea throughout the hunger and it does help. It helped alot to use my fruits as in between snacks.

Day 6...187.6 (-1) Another good day yesterday. I was feeling a very wee bit of thoughts of no no foods but I talked me self through I keep telling myself that I'm going to give it my ALL! It's only 35 days left. One day at a time. I was up till like 3am after watching the boxing match and couldn't settle at home. I've only gotten like 4 hours of sleep. Today will be a restful day. Taking out one of my fruits for the day and making it another veggie serving.

Didn't get home to eat till evening and was starving. I had the orange b4 the workout and then at 5pm stuffed the chicken w/all 12oz celery planned for day in 1 sitting. Then at 7pm had my lunch plan. I was stuffed but knew I had to get in my calories. So I'm up 4oz this morning. No big deal

Day 8...188.6(+0.6) S o I'm up a bit more this morning. I think it may be a couple of reasons. Two days in a row I went to the gym and 2 days in a row I gained. Not peeing much so I believe I'm retaining some water. Also last night I gave in to a heaping tsp of PB. I've been wanting it for days so I took 1 and left the jar in the cabinet. Hopefully now I can move on without the daily fight of wanting it. One more thing is that this was my LDW on Round 1 so it's a set point. There's 3 good reasons for it to be this today. Today I'm going to try Talapia. I hear it's good and I don't like fish. Tunafish I like but I've never liked the others but I've been trying new things to live a lifetime of better eating Oh....my clothes do feel loser this morning!

Day 9...187.4(-1.2) Yesterday went well although I did still have a wee bit of thoughts of PB lol. But I stayed on plan, no workout and guess what...a drop! So no workouts for a little while. I'm very busy around the house with cleaning and taking care of my daycare kids so it's not like I don't get my heart rate going at all. I ate the tilapia yesterday and liked it today I'll be trying to make mock mash Mmmmm

Day 10...186.2(-1.2) Yes! Down some more. I think I passed that 188 set point for good now . The mock mash yesterday was very tasty. I still have 5 servings left. Today I'm trying the chicken fingers and celery root fries. Also will be making beef and broccoli stir fry for dinner. Its so nice to be trying all new stuff. I look forward to it. I got to the health food store yesterday and bought the root, 2 liquid stevias chocolate & vanilla cream and baking cocoa. Looking forward to also making/trying chocolate delights. I'll be doing that tomorrow. The liquid stevia's I've been putting in my tea and it's sooooo good! According to fitday I'm just about out the obese range....Yay now I'll only be overweight LMAO!

Day 11...184.6(-1.6) Yesterday went well and the celeriac fries were great! However I didn't like my dinner at all. I ate it though and then covered up the taste with a chocolate delight. I had 3 of them yesterday and no negative effects on my weight loss...YAY! Only 29 more days to go Today I'm going to try the tilapia again but breading it in the way I did the chicken fingers yesterday.

Day 1 (loading)...192.4 Today I'm loading and ate a whole bunch of junk

Day 2 (loading)...195 Another day of loading and I already feel awful. Lots of yucky burps Hopefully tomorrow I won't be up too much more. Excited to get back to 500 cal and losing Goal is to stay to protocol strictly and release 25 lbs.

Day 3 (500 cal).....193.2 (-1.8) Last night to this morning was horrible from loading. Terrible gas! So glad it’s done! Very shocked to see a loss. Let’s keep it going 

It's only 35 days left. One day at a time. I was up till like 3am after watching the boxing match and couldn't settle at home. I've only gotten like 4 hours of sleep. Today will be a restful day. Taking out one of my fruits for the day and making it another veggie serving.

Didn't get home to eat till evening and was starving. I had the orange b4 the workout and then at 5pm stuffed the chicken w/all 12oz celery planned for day in 1 sitting. Then at 7pm had my lunch plan. I was stuffed but knew I had to get in my calories. So I'm up 4oz this morning. No big deal

Day 8...188.6(+0.6) S o I'm up a bit more this morning. I think it may be a couple of reasons. Two days in a row I went to the gym and 2 days in a row I gained. Not peeing much so I believe I'm retaining some water. Also last night I gave in to a heaping tsp of PB. I've been wanting it for days so I took 1 and left the jar in the cabinet. Hopefully now I can move on without the daily fight of wanting it. One more thing is that this was my LDW on Round 1 so it's a set point. There's 3 good reasons for it to be this today. Today I'm going to try Talapia. I hear it's good and I don't like fish. Tunafish I like but I've never liked the others but I've been trying new things to live a lifetime of better eating Oh....my clothes do feel loser this morning!

Day 9...187.4(-1.2) Yesterday went well although I did still have a wee bit of thoughts of PB lol. But I stayed on plan, no workout and guess what...a drop! So no workouts for a little while. I'm very busy around the house with cleaning and taking care of my daycare kids so it's not like I don't get my heart rate going at all. I ate the tilapia yesterday and liked it today I'll be trying to make mock mash Mmmmm

Today I'm trying the chicken fingers and celery root fries. Also will be making beef and broccoli stir fry for dinner. Its so nice to be trying all new stuff. I look forward to it. I got to the health food store yesterday and bought the root, 2 liquid stevias chocolate & vanilla cream and baking cocoa. Looking forward to also making/trying chocolate delights. I'll be doing that tomorrow. The liquid stevia's I've been putting in my tea and it's sooooo good! According to fitday I'm just about out the obese range....Yay now I'll only be overweight LMAO!

Day 14...189.2(+4.2) Yes you read the weight right! I just wiped out 2 weeks worth of work for one evening of cheating. UGH!! I"m so mad and disgusted with myself. I know the outcome and yet I let that little demon inside get the best of me. It was comforting for a whole maybe 15 min for taste ONLY. Now today I feel sick not only from a cold but now upset stomach. My body reacts this badly to the other stuff for a reason. It's toxic!!! I need to get that through my head. Today I'm eating back on plan. I'm going to try my hardest to learn the right way. That's all I can say. UGH I know better....why????

Day 5...188.6(-1) Yesterday was another good day. Went to the grocery store and bought lettuce, romaine hearts, celery, apples and oranges Oh also bought some steak for 4 meals. I have plenty of chicken and 95% ground beef. Happy to see another loss this morning

Day 6...187.6 (-1) Another good day yesterday. I was feeling a very wee bit of thoughts of no no foods but I talked me self through I keep telling myself that I'm going to give it my ALL! It's only 35 days left. One day at a time. I was up till like 3am after watching the boxing match and couldn't settle at home. I've only gotten like 4 hours of sleep. Today will be a restful day. Taking out one of my fruits for the day and making it another veggie serving.

Didn't get home to eat till evening and was starving. I had the orange b4 the workout and then at 5pm stuffed the chicken w/all 12oz celery planned for day in 1 sitting. Then at 7pm had my lunch plan. I was stuffed but knew I had to get in my calories. So I'm up 4oz this morning. No big deal

Day 8...188.6(+0.6) S o I'm up a bit more this morning. I think it may be a couple of reasons. Two days in a row I went to the gym and 2 days in a row I gained. Not peeing much so I believe I'm retaining some water. Also last night I gave in to a heaping tsp of PB. I've been wanting it for days so I took 1 and left the jar in the cabinet. Hopefully now I can move on without the daily fight of wanting it. One more thing is that this was my LDW on Round 1 so it's a set point. There's 3 good reasons for it to be this today. Today I'm going to try Talapia. I hear it's good and I don't like fish. Tunafish I like but I've never liked the others but I've been trying new things to live a lifetime of better eating Oh....my clothes do feel loser this morning!

Day 9...187.4(-1.2) Yesterday went well although I did still have a wee bit of thoughts of PB lol. But I stayed on plan, no workout and guess what...a drop! So no workouts for a little while. I'm very busy around the house with cleaning and taking care of my daycare kids so it's not like I don't get my heart rate going at all. I ate the tilapia yesterday and liked it today I'll be trying to make mock mash Mmmmm

Day 10...186.2(-1.2) Yes! Down some more. I think I passed that 188 set point for good now . The mock mash yesterday was very tasty. I still have 5 servings left. Today I'm trying the chicken fingers and celery root fries. Also will be making beef and broccoli stir fry for dinner. Its so nice to be trying all new stuff. I look forward to it. I got to the health food store yesterday and bought the root, 2 liquid stevias chocolate & vanilla cream and baking cocoa. Looking forward to also making/trying chocolate delights. I'll be doing that tomorrow. The liquid stevia's I've been putting in my tea and it's sooooo good! According to fitday I'm just about out the obese range....Yay now I'll only be overweight LMAO!

Day 11...184.6(-1.6) Yesterday went well and the celeriac fries were great! However I didn't like my dinner at all. I ate it though and then covered up the taste with a chocolate delight. I had 3 of them yesterday and no negative effects on my weight loss...YAY! Only 29 more days to go Today I'm going to try the tilapia again but breading it in the way I did the chicken fingers yesterday.

Now today I feel sick not only from a cold but now upset stomach. My body reacts this badly to the other stuff for a reason. It's toxic!!! I need to get that through my head. Today I'm eating back on plan. I'm going to try my hardest to learn the right way. That's all I can say. UGH I know better....why????

Today I'm going to try the smoothmove tea and the night cantaloupe trick for getting rid of water weight. Hope it works. I'm wondering if I'm pms'ing for TOM already. It would be too soon but who knows. I always have one indicator that it's coming. A pimple that always comes in the same spot every time before it comes and I've got it. Maybe? Guess I just have to keep moving along. Somethings got to give as long as I stick to plan.

Day 1 (loading)...192.4 Today I'm loading and ate a whole bunch of junk

Day 2 (loading)...195 Another day of loading and I already feel awful. Lots of yucky burps Hopefully tomorrow I won't be up too much more. Excited to get back to 500 cal and losing Goal is to stay to protocol strictly and release 25 lbs.

Day 3 (500 cal).....193.2 (-1.8) Last night to this morning was horrible from loading. Terrible gas! So glad it’s done! Very shocked to see a loss. Let’s keep it going 

Didn't get home to eat till evening and was starving. I had the orange b4 the workout and then at 5pm stuffed the chicken w/all 12oz celery planned for day in 1 sitting. Then at 7pm had my lunch plan. I was stuffed but knew I had to get in my calories. So I'm up 4oz this morning. No big deal

Day 8...188.6(+0.6) S o I'm up a bit more this morning. I think it may be a couple of reasons. Two days in a row I went to the gym and 2 days in a row I gained. Not peeing much so I believe I'm retaining some water. Also last night I gave in to a heaping tsp of PB. I've been wanting it for days so I took 1 and left the jar in the cabinet. Hopefully now I can move on without the daily fight of wanting it. One more thing is that this was my LDW on Round 1 so it's a set point. There's 3 good reasons for it to be this today. Today I'm going to try Talapia. I hear it's good and I don't like fish. Tunafish I like but I've never liked the others but I've been trying new things to live a lifetime of better eating Oh....my clothes do feel loser this morning!

I'm very busy around the house with cleaning and taking care of my daycare kids so it's not like I don't get my heart rate going at all. I ate the tilapia yesterday and liked it today I'll be trying to make mock mash Mmmmm

I got to the health food store yesterday and bought the root, 2 liquid stevias chocolate & vanilla cream and baking cocoa. Looking forward to also making/trying chocolate delights. I'll be doing that tomorrow. The liquid stevia's I've been putting in my tea and it's sooooo good! According to fitday I'm just about out the obese range....Yay now I'll only be overweight LMAO!

It would be too soon but who knows. I always have one indicator that it's coming. A pimple that always comes in the same spot every time before it comes and I've got it. Maybe? Guess I just have to keep moving along. Somethings got to give as long as I stick to plan.

Day 1 (loading)...192.4 Today I'm loading and ate a whole bunch of junk

Day 2 (loading)...195 Another day of loading and I already feel awful. Lots of yucky burps Hopefully tomorrow I won't be up too much more. Excited to get back to 500 cal and losing Goal is to stay to protocol strictly and release 25 lbs.

Day 3 (500 cal).....193.2 (-1.8) Last night to this morning was horrible from loading. Terrible gas! So glad it’s done! Very shocked to see a loss. Let’s keep it going 

BUT I woke up sometime in the night and ate a bunch of PB off the spoon (me weakness). Day 4...189.6(-3.6) Yesterday was a good day. Ate exactly to protocol and got in all my water. I did have moments of hunger but nothing unbearable to wait till the next meal. I drank 3 cups tea throughout the hunger and it does help. It helped alot to use my fruits as in between snacks.

Day 5...188.6(-1) Yesterday was another good day. Went to the grocery store and bought lettuce, romaine hearts, celery, apples and oranges Oh also bought some steak for 4 meals. I have plenty of chicken and 95% ground beef. Happy to see another loss this morning

Day 6...187.6 (-1) Another good day yesterday. I was feeling a very wee bit of thoughts of no no foods but I talked me self through I keep telling myself that I'm going to give it my ALL! It's only 35 days left. One day at a time. I was up till like 3am after watching the boxing match and couldn't settle at home. I've only gotten like 4 hours of sleep. Today will be a restful day. Taking out one of my fruits for the day and making it another veggie serving.

Day 7...188(+0.4) Yesterday was quite the busy day. Got up and went to my nieces for coffee, then hit the gym for an hour, went to store for new measuring tape and then Barnes & Nobles Book store. Didn't get home to eat till evening and was starving. I had the orange b4 the workout and then at 5pm stuffed the chicken w/all 12oz celery planned for day in 1 sitting. Then at 7pm had my lunch plan. I was stuffed but knew I had to get in my calories. So I'm up 4oz this morning. No big deal

Day 8...188.6(+0.6) S o I'm up a bit more this morning. I think it may be a couple of reasons. Two days in a row I went to the gym and 2 days in a row I gained. Not peeing much so I believe I'm retaining some water. Also last night I gave in to a heaping tsp of PB. I've been wanting it for days so I took 1 and left the jar in the cabinet. Hopefully now I can move on without the daily fight of wanting it. One more thing is that this was my LDW on Round 1 so it's a set point. There's 3 good reasons for it to be this today. Today I'm going to try Talapia. I hear it's good and I don't like fish. Tunafish I like but I've never liked the others but I've been trying new things to live a lifetime of better eating Oh....my clothes do feel loser this morning!

Day 9...187.4(-1.2) Yesterday went well although I did still have a wee bit of thoughts of PB lol. But I stayed on plan, no workout and guess what...a drop! So no workouts for a little while. I'm very busy around the house with cleaning and taking care of my daycare kids so it's not like I don't get my heart rate going at all. I ate the tilapia yesterday and liked it today I'll be trying to make mock mash Mmmmm

Day 10...186.2(-1.2) Yes! Down some more. I think I passed that 188 set point for good now . The mock mash yesterday was very tasty. I still have 5 servings left. Today I'm trying the chicken fingers and celery root fries. Also will be making beef and broccoli stir fry for dinner. Its so nice to be trying all new stuff. I look forward to it. I got to the health food store yesterday and bought the root, 2 liquid stevias chocolate & vanilla cream and baking cocoa. Looking forward to also making/trying chocolate delights. I'll be doing that tomorrow. The liquid stevia's I've been putting in my tea and it's sooooo good! According to fitday I'm just about out the obese range....Yay now I'll only be overweight LMAO!

Day 11...184.6(-1.6) Yesterday went well and the celeriac fries were great! However I didn't like my dinner at all. I ate it though and then covered up the taste with a chocolate delight. I had 3 of them yesterday and no negative effects on my weight loss...YAY! Only 29 more days to go Today I'm going to try the tilapia again but breading it in the way I did the chicken fingers yesterday.

Day 14...189.2(+4.2) Yes you read the weight right! I just wiped out 2 weeks worth of work for one evening of cheating. UGH!! I"m so mad and disgusted with myself. I know the outcome and yet I let that little demon inside get the best of me. It was comforting for a whole maybe 15 min for taste ONLY. Now today I feel sick not only from a cold but now upset stomach. My body reacts this badly to the other stuff for a reason. It's toxic!!! I need to get that through my head. Today I'm eating back on plan. I'm going to try my hardest to learn the right way. That's all I can say. UGH I know better....why????

Day 15...190.2(+1) Despite my efforts yesterday I'm up another lb. WTF!!! I could so kick myself in the ass now for cheating! Today I'm going to try the smoothmove tea and the night cantaloupe trick for getting rid of water weight. Hope it works. I'm wondering if I'm pms'ing for TOM already. It would be too soon but who knows. I always have one indicator that it's coming. A pimple that always comes in the same spot every time before it comes and I've got it. Maybe? Guess I just have to keep moving along. Somethings got to give as long as I stick to plan.

Day 18...185.4(-0.8) Yesterday went well considering it being Thanksgiving. I did well all day with all the many temptations. BUT I woke up sometime in the night and ate a bunch of PB off the spoon (me weakness). So mad at myself this morning for doing that after doing so well all day and afraid to weigh in after finally coming back down after the Sunday cheat. I got lucky this time and still went down. I need to remember I may not always be so lucky and I need to stay on plan. Been on almost 3 weeks already and I'm only down a few lbs from my round 1 LDW.

I have screwed this round up so badly. I ate junk again yesterday. I'm really tired of messing this up and I want to get ahold of myself. I'm starting out fresh! I've read that I can do the drops up to 60 days so I'm in mind starting myself out on a fresh 40 day round. Really it would be 60 days on drops but I'm going to get a NO CHEAT 40 clean days on protocol. I know I can do this. I need to stop being so weak and giving in so easily. My promise to myself to get through this and I have a nice grand reward in store for me come end of February, early March

Day 1...189.6 TOM came today so I'm sure that's why I've been so out of control. I need to prepare before this comes again. It's not really on a reg cycle so don't know for sure when it's coming but I do know the signs. I just need to listen to my body more effectively.
