I don't know any by name but I would go for a steak house, that way you can have a nice steak with a salad on the side and not worry about the carbs. Google "steak house in prescot" and see that there are several with good reviews.

Golden Corral is a no-no for me as there are just too many choices when I'm hungry and am more likely to eat off plan!

I am new to this forum and actually haven't started my food plan yet, but had thought of starting a Meet-Up group for low-carbers of all stripes in Tucson. I decided to get online support here first. But if anyone were interested I might get one going.
