Congratulations on becoming a nonsmoker! Extra congratulations on doing it without gaining weight. That's quite an accomplishment.

I had a horrible Easter cheat too. Reese's chocolate peanut butter Easter eggs that my friend in NY sent me. I used to love Reese's chocolate peanut butter candy so much, and my friend in NY sends me some for any occasion she sees it. Since I've started low-carbing, it's tasted less good and been less satisfying each time. This time it tasted like vinegar and felt like sand, and it took me four days to get rid of the water.

I can't tell my friend what to do, or how to express herself. This time I told her, along with lots of appreciation for her gift, that since I've been low-carbing, my tastes have changed, and chocolate doesn't taste good to me any more.
