Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Thought I would experiment and write it down before I forget! LOL

3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c butter
2 tbsp EV coconut Oil

(Melt above in a double broiler)

1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup erythritol
8 drops liquid splenda

8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

Once the chocolate/butter mix is melted, add sweeteners and vanilla until well melted....pour over cream cheese and whip/blend until well blended.
Pour into a greased pan and chill. Cut into squares.

So creamy and rich....just what I was needing today!
