Default Easy EggNog for 1

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Vanilla) (1 g net carb)
1 Large egg - separated (0.5 g net carb)
1 oz Brandy (0g net carb)
DaVinci SF Vanilla (or vanilla essence + splenda)
dash cinnamon
dash nutmeg

- Whip the yolk, cinnamon and vanilla till its turns frothy.
- Add in Almond Milk slowly while continuing to whip/mix.
- Whip the egg white + splenda till stiff.
- Pour the nog in the glass and spoon the whipped whites on top.
- sprinkle the nutmeg and enjoy.

*IF adding in brandy, mix it in with the milk.

Nutrition
Calories - 88 cals
Fat - 6.5g
Carbs - 1.5g net carb
Protein - 6g

Can you buy almond milk if so where or do you have to make it?

I buy mine from a regular grocery store here in Canada. Look in the organic section where all the vegan stuff is kept.
Or alternatively you could try and search for organic stores. www.happycow.com should be able to help

EDIT:
You could also make it.
Balanch almonds
grind them with 2 cups of water/cup almonds.
Strain out the solids and youre done
search google for better recipes
