Default Reminds me of "House Special Chicken" from Pickup-Stix

Could not be easier... Here's the original recipe: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,182...-251198,00.html

Basically mince up a couple of large cloves of garlic
Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 Cup of water
1/4 cup of sweetener (I use splenda)

Marinate your meat.

Stir fry your chosen meat and veggies and at the end thicken the sauce.

I've been using cornstarch because I don't have anything else and realized it was only 7 carbs per Tbl divided over 4 servings. But I would think any of the gums or gum-blends would work great too. Gotta buy some of those!

I like to stir fry my broccoli first because it takes awhile. Remove it, stir fry the chicken next. Then I add in the veggies that don't take long to cook then add in the broccoli to reheat it.

YUM!

Oooh. Perfect timing, I think I may try that with my chicken tonight without the cornstarch though.

I invented another stir-fry sauce.

1/4 Cup + 1 Tbl of water
1 Tbl of Fish Sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder (maybe equiv to 2 cloves of garlic, if you want to use fresh garlic)
1 tsp of Splenda

(To thicken, use whatever you use. If you use cornstarch you'll need 2 tsp which adds about 4 extra carbs for the total dish).

Stir fry your veggies and meat, add the sauce at the end. Let the sauce boil a bit to thicken.

Variations:

Add red pepper flakes
Or use some chili garlic sauce in place of the garlic, maybe 1 Tbl.
Add a little more splenda for a sweeter sauce
