Default yummy candy chewy bar recipe

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEUndRDlNEM

i had to share this, i found this after looking for a recipe to make use out of my whey protein powder (choc)

the video doesnt finish - but all you do is place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

i tweaked the recipe to make one portion -

so i did it this way

x1 teaspoon butter - melt
x2 tsp splenda -mix
add one scoop choc whey proteinpowder - mix - (very powdery)
add peanut butter natural - 1tablespoon - mix again
add 1/8 cup danvinci - any flavour u fancy - i used caramel=

mix - and freeze 1-2 hours - really yummy, makes one portion. dont know exaclty how many carbs -i cant make big portions as i binge, but anyone who can, then make the original recipe

enjoy, let me know how u get on!

I watched the video, how did you know to freeze this? I have a tendency to binge too so I will be trying your recipe.

I read all of the comment on you tube and I decided to make a full batch. I froze them in some silicon muffin cups. I did think they were good but instead of the Devinci syrup I used half and half and some extra Splenda. I only had protein powder I wasn't crazy about but it still tasted like a LC Balance bar.
