Lightbulb Faux yogurt

To keep my calories and fat high, I find that in the morning when I don't want to cook anything or just can't face meat or eggs, I will soften 3-4oz. of cream cheese and add 1 TBSP of whipping cream to it as well as 1 TBSP of a splenda sweetened fruit preserve(smuckers raspberry). I'll mix really well(almost whipped) and then eat it like yogurt. Tastes really great and is so easy to do.

I'm sorry but I don't have carb counts for it.

Deb

Question Can you make it ahead and eat it cold?

Have you ever made it ahead and eaten it from the frig?
It sounds really good.
I would love to have a few different flavors of it ready in the frig for my daughter to grab on the way out the door

I often eat cream cheese and stir in a bit of sf syrup.
