1 egg white
1/2 egg yolk
1/4 or less tsp baking powder
soy milk or water or half-half - depends on your protein powder -
1 tsp xanthan gum or guar gum

I have tried BSN dessert protein "fresh cinnamon swirl"taste- It was really good
Optimum Nutrition Cookies and Cream- very very good (not as sweet as dessert protein)
ANS soy protein banana - it is good with cinnamon...

My husband' s favourite ON vannilla with cocoa powder (1 tsp)....

I think the best taste ON every taste. BSN I think a little bit sweet....

I hope I could help...

Angie how can they be no carb, if they have eggs, baking powder and half and half? You might want to run your recipe through fitday or my plan, so people really don't believe there a freebie, no carb muffin...Bru

3 teaspoon, not tablespoon, protein powder? Doesn't seem like much but then I've never made anything with protein powder.

Hello All!

I would like to answer to your questions...3 tablespoon protein powder...I use it many ways (to make protein pancake, or other pancake like "rétes"...it is hungarian specialitate made with "túró"(like cottage cheese)...so do not afraid use protein - whey, soy -powder (not isolate!!!!!!!)

I use baking powder (without calories - it is natrium-benzoate....) I use bio provamel soy milk (0,7 g carb/100 ml)-about 50 ml or 25-25 ml water and soy....and I only use half egg yolk..."no carb" it really means 2-3 carbs, but it really depends on what kind of protein powder you use.........
I hope you like and I could answer......
