Default Raw fish with "rice" and vegetables (hwedupbap)

I found this video this morning:
http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=RpIvDegEu2A

Sounds good to me, so going to try it hopefully sometime this week after getting the proper ingredients. The substitutions I plan on making is using cauliflower faux rice instead of real rice, and artificial sweetener instead of the little bit of sugar in her recipe, to make it suitable for a lower carb plan. If you can handle a bit more carbs, try brown rice if your plan allows (ie south beach or further along on maintenance on other plans).

She shows how to make it with tofu for vegetarians as well, so might prepare some that way for my sister to try.

Going to finally make this for tonight.

Going to be a real treat, considering I got back from being out of town traveling over the weekend and having to eat extremely boring food..

edit...turned out great! My boyfriend even liked it and usually he hates raw fish.

I did.

Don't do it.

It was nasty. (and I'm a good cook)

There are some applications where cauliflower is just not appropriate. This is one of them.
