Hey, at least we are using complete sentences. LOL
ALA is Alpha Lipoic Acid which I've read is supposed to help one get into ketosis quicker. It is also supposed to promote fat burning, be an antioxidant, promote glucose transport into the muscle (maybe this is why it is supposed to help with ketosis?), and increase metabolic rate.
Like most other supplements, I'm sure the science is lacking and/or conflicting, but I use it personally.
