That sounds good, but how do you make ribs crispy in the oven?

I'll have to try that, I usually cook in the oven when I want tender, not crisp.

Oh drool. I can't decide what yet. Have just been staring into the freezer. It's nearly shopping day, so feel a bit uninspired. Pork chop or chicken breast and broccolli/ green beans.
I like the sound of what you guys are having.

Hmmmm.maybe chicken in butter and garlic

Leftover roast pork leg (aka fresh ham) heated in a rosemary and garlic sauce with mashed cauliflower. Mixed berries and cream for dessert.

Or a caulipizza topped with the same leftover pork leg, garlic slivers, peppers, mozzarella and parmesan. Depends on which one sounds best around 5 today.

Tonight I'm having a turkey sandwich on oopsie rolls, with mayo, lettuce, onion and avocado, yum! We cooked a whole turkey over the weekend and sliced it up for sandwiches during the week.

Things are not working out as planned. I might have to fall back to tuna salad on salad. My family will be grumpy.
