Default Tuna swiss quiche

Tuna Swiss Quiche
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. half n' half

Mix ingredients together and pour into a Pam sprayed pie plate, bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Divided into 6 servings, the following are counts per slice:

490 calories
41.6 fat
4.8 carbohydrate
24.16 protein

My mom used to make this (with a piecrust...so I just removed that from the ingredients) back in the '80s. It's divine, and even better the next day.

I'm fixing the recipe with crab meat and about 1 TSBP of sherry. It's in the oven now!

I made this last week, and everyone LOVED it. Good re-heated, too. I think I had to use Light Cream instead of half-and-half. No problem.
