I'm not sure why I haven't thought to try this before but tonight I chopped/grated some fresh cauliflower and fried it up in some browned butter and grated parmesan cheese and oh my, it was just delicious!!!

Sounds great! The 'mock rice' approach to cauli is really good too (esp. the one as 'chicken stir fry' rice). I've been meaning to get some more of it. Soon as my 2 week detox is over in Jan I'll try it with the parm (and some spices), that sounds yummy.
